I am working at RJS as their Customer Service /Admin apprentice, after which I hope to achieve my Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
My apprenticeship is for 53 weeks, with the objective for me to achieve my qualifications.
I spend one day a week studying and being supported by my tutor Caron from NSCG College.
What made me apply for a job with RJS? Initially, because their offices are so near to where I live, making it easy for me to walk to work. I also liked the idea of meeting and interacting with clients (even though this initially took me out of my comfort zone)!
My apprenticeship at RJS started on the 3rd October, 2022. I was instantly made to feel part of the team; they were so welcoming and very happy to share and teach me new skills, i.e. telephone etiquette, engaging with clients, excel, case management systems, organising meetings, business admin etc.
After working at RJS, I want to have a career that will allow me to communicate with customers/clients daily, as I enjoy interaction and being able to help everyone.
I want to thank everyone I work with for all their support and advice and my fantastic tutor Caron, who has been a great help, very inspirational, and always there to support me.
