Charlie joined us in September as our Customer Service /Admin Apprentice and hopes to achieve his Customer Service Practitioner qualification, which will take around 52 weeks to complete. Charlie will spend one day a week studying and will be supported by his line managers at RJS and tutor, Caron, from Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG).

Charlie says he applied for this role at RJS due to the company’s reputation, location, and the opportunities they have offered previous apprentices once they finished their qualifications. After his apprenticeship, Charlie hopes to train and become a solicitor.
