RJS are delighted to support and sponsor an event on Saturday, 21st October, to help raise funds and awareness for Meningitis now in memory of Rhiannon Gauntlett, who tragically and suddenly passed away from Meningitis in February 2020, leaving behind an 8-month-old daughter, loving husband and a devastated family.

The event will be a fun evening with complimentary graze boards, a grand raffle, and a silent auction for which local companies and friends have kindly donated prizes. The silent auction is for a week’s self-catering accommodation in Gran Canaria and bidding for a home fine dining experience for up to 6 people. To top the evening off, ‘Mark Memphis & The Mayhems’ will play a live session for everyone to enjoy.

Rhiannon’s mum and stepfather have worked tirelessly since her passing to raise awareness of Meningitis now; the charity has been amazing and supported them and Rhiannon’s husband and daughter, along with other families who have lost loved ones to this terrible disease.

The family has set up a JustGiving page to raise more funds for the charity. They would be grateful for any contributions to their fundraising efforts on behalf of Meningitis now. You can visit the specially created Just Giving page here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/paul-reeves18

Meningitis now’s vision is for a future where no one in the UK loses their life to Meningitis, and everyone affected gets the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Please help us support this charity and family by digging deep and donating.
