Jenny is an experienced solicitor. Throughout her 20 years career in the law she has specialised in private client matters and conveyancing Jenny advises clients in relation to the preparation of Wills for both UK and foreign assets, inheritance tax and succession planning, Powers of Attorney, the Administration of Estates and the Creation and Administration of Trusts.

Jenny can explain complex legal matters in a straightforward way and in a sensitive manner. In addition to her working experience Jenny is also a highly qualified private client lawyer. She is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and holds the STEP Advanced Certificates in Will Preparation, UK Tax for International Clients and Cross Border Estates. She is also a professional member of the Solicitors for the Elderly and a Fellow member of ATT (the Association of Taxation Technicians).

Jenny also acts for clients in residential conveyancing matters mainly in connection with the administration of an estate. She is able to advise clients on the sale and purchasing processes and can prepare private mortgage deeds, loan agreements and Declarations of Trusts for clients who wish to protect the monies they are loaning to family members and friends from future creditors and/or the breakdown of a relationship.
