The Litigation team is led by Partner Simon Gilbert (qualified in 2011), working alongside Litigation Solicitor Jonathan Peck and Anna Mottram (qualified in 2022). Together, they bring experience across all aspects of debt recovery and wider litigation matters.

We provide a comprehensive litigation service, including issuing County Court claims, enforcement action, Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy and Winding-Up Petitions, as well as handling disputed and defended cases.
