UNCONTESTED DEBTS UNDER £10,000

For uncontested debts with a value of less than £10,000, RJS offers a simple fixed fee structure that provides transparency and aims to keep the costs of recovery proportionate. This gives our clients the assurance that they can pursue their debts in a cost-effective way.

CONTESTED DEBTS AND DEBTS OVER £10,000

For contested debts, or debts with a value of over £10,000 RJS will provide a bespoke, tailored fee quote based on a preliminary assessment of the basis of the debt.

Our litigation team has extensive experience across all aspects of debt recovery and is able to confidently guide you through each stage of the process. Our team can advise on the merits of pursuing a claim, the likelihood of recovery, and the most appropriate steps towards resolution.

ENFORCEMENT

Once a judgment has been successfully obtained in the client’s favour, RJS can advise on the most appropriate and effective enforcement options. Such options include the instruction of County Court Bailiffs or High Court Enforcement Officers, obtaining charging orders against a debtor’s property, or third party debt orders. Our aim is always to maximise the prospect of successful recovery.
