RJS has advised REAP Bikes on its Crowdcube fundraising to provide additional working capital facilities for its continued growth.

Founded by Martin Meir in 2014, REAP specialises in the design and manufacture of the world’s fastest performance bikes.

Investors include Britain’s most successful Olympian, cyclist Sir Jason Kenny.

The RJS team was led by Tom Newman, assisted by Olivia McConvey. Property support was provided by Carla Dawn.

Tom comments ‘We are delighted to continue our longstanding relationship with Martin and see REAP achieve such success.’

Martin added ‘We are grateful to RJS for their guidance and support throughout the fundraising process and for all their help in reaching our target.’
