The Litigation team is led by Partner Simon Gilbert, qualified in 2011, alongside Litigation Solicitor Jonathan Peck and Anna Mottram, qualified in 2022. Together they offer broad experience across debt recovery and a wide range of litigation matters.

We provide a full litigation service, including issuing County Court claims, taking enforcement action, preparing Statutory Demands, and handling Bankruptcy and Winding Up Petitions, as well as managing defended and contested cases.
