RJS has advised the shareholders of Caring for Care on the sale of the entire issued share capital to Impact Futures Group. 

Caring for Care is a leading specialist provider of clinical and mandatory training to the UK’s heathcare sector.

Impact Futures Group (IFG) the UK’s leading training provider for critical sectors of health social care, childcare early years, education and youth services.

The RJS team was led by director Jennifer Kelly supported by Max Hughes.
