RJS has advised Everly Academy on a range of corporate and property matters in connection with the launch of its new school in Northwich, opening in September 2026.

Everly Academy is a brand new specialist school focused on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with a core ethos that every child deserves to be seen, understood and supported to succeed.

The RJS team has acted across both corporate structuring and property matters, including advising on the academy’s lease, with completion taking place this week.

The matter was led by Rhiannon Appleby & Heather Jellyman, with support from the wider RJS corporate and property teams.

Heather commented, “It’s been a pleasure to support Josh, Josie and the team at Everly Academy as they prepare to open their new school. Their vision and commitment to making a meaningful difference for young people is clear, and we’re proud to have played a part in helping bring that vision to life.”
