RJS has advised Rustique Living Limited on the acquisition of The Old Smithy, a well-established retail premises located at the corner of Hilderstone Road and Lichfield Road in Sandon.
Having operated from the site under a lease for a number of years, Rustique Living Limited was given the opportunity to acquire the property from the Sandon Estate, securing its long-term presence at the location.
