RJS Solicitors in Trentham, Stoke on Trent are delighted to welcome the newest member of its team, Tom Newman who joined the firm on 28th September 2020 as a corporate solicitor.

Tom qualified at a boutique firm in Chester in August 2015, where he remained as a part of a busy corporate and commercial department for five years.

The corporate team advises on mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations and business transfers, all types of commercial matters, including shareholders’ agreements, terms and conditions, franchising work and intellectual property.

Director and Head of Corporate Jennifer Kelly says,

Toms extensive knowledge and experience will strengthen the corporate team and the offering to our existing and future clients.
