A landmark agreement in the UK’s food wholesale sector.

RJS Solicitors acted in the formation of the United Cooperative Food Group, a joint buying group with a combined annual turnover of over £500 million and depots across the UK.

Led by Jennifer Kelly, the transaction was completed in April 2025 and is notable as the first of its kind in the UK.
