| RJS has advised the shareholders of Alconbury Weston Limited (AWL) of the sale of the entire issued share capital to the DEC Group. The consideration is undisclosed. Stoke-on-Trent based AWL are one of the most dedicated companies for the design, manufacture and supply of continuous processing technologies and systems. Over the past decade, they have translated the much-debated ideas of continuous processing into reality for current use in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries by offering solutions from laboratory evaluation systems to production. DEC Group is headquartered near Lausanne and has a global presence in over 60 countries. The RJS team was led by Director Jennifer Kelly, supported by Olivia McConvey. Jennifer commented: ‘It was a pleasure to work with Alastair on this transaction. Any sale with an overseas buyer invariably provides challenges, but the willingness to complete this matter from all sides ensured everything went to plan.’ |
