RJS has advised the shareholders of Hallmark Manufacturing on the purchase of the business and assets of Hallmark Sheet Metal. The consideration is undisclosed.

Hallmark Sheet Metal had been trading successfully in Fenton since 1996, but due to dwindling turnover and increased energy costs and overheads, the company fell into financial difficulties.

The RJS Team for this matter was led by Director Jennifer Kelly, assisted by Kelsey Jarvis-Dale.

Jennifer commented: “It was a pleasure to work on this transaction which saw not only a business survive but, more importantly, the retention of 24 jobs in an important sector for the economy.”
