RJS has advised the shareholders of Meridian Health Comms on the sale of the entire issued share capital to Bioscript. The consideration is undisclosed.

Meridian Health Comms founded in 2004 has built an enduring partnership with its pharmaceutical and biotech clients through its strength in scientific and clinical communications, strategic planning and brand management.

Bioscript backed by private equity house Sovereign, has more than 220 dedicated experts in healthcare communications globally.

The RJS team was led by director Jennifer Kelly, supported by Olivia McConvey.
