RJS has advised the shareholders of Natech on the sale of the Company to Quaker Houghton.

Natech manufactures water based cleaners, metal pre-treatment products, paint stripers and other products for a variety of industrial applications.

Quaker Houghton is the global leader in industrial process fluids. Headquartered in Pennsylvania, it employs approximately 4,000 people and operates in over 25 countries around the world.
